The Cold Steel Axe Gang Hatchet is an aggressive tool with a Chinese influenced design. This hatchet features a drop forged 1055 carbon steel head with a very sharp 4″ straight cutting edge and two defined sharp corners. The head is attached to a straight hardwood Hickory handle which makes this hatchet useful for a variety of tasks from throwing to chopping. Chinese characters found at the end of the handle mean “Axe Gang”.
