The Spartan-Harsey Hunter fixed knife with Green Canvas Micarta scales is a collaboration between Spartan Blades and custom knife maker William “Bill” Harsey. The goal was to create a blade that was not only a fully functional combat knife, but also a knife a soldier could come home and clean trophy game with.
This was accomplished by using a drop-point style CPM S35VN blade steel that was hand-hollow ground by Mr. Harsey and given a flat dark earth SpartaCoating for edge retention and life-extension.
The full tang is outfitted with CE Canvas Micarta® scales 3D contoured to ultra-tight tolerances from 3/8 inch micarta and given an aggressively notched thumb ramp for no-slip grip. Includes a coyote lanyard and tan Nylon MOLLE sheath with plastic insert.
The makers say “this knife will serve you well no matter what you’re hunting”.
